In the Corps I was very good a solving problems, but they seemed simpler, even if they involved life and death decisions. Those became easy, actually, but the endless little tasks that you have to do back here at home seem so overwhelming sometimes. It helped to re-learn how to break down big problems into smaller steps.
As part of Prevail's program I got to talk with other guys who have served, and they helped me apply the lessons from the program to my day-to-day life.
