- How do I start?
- There are three easy steps to enrolling in a Vets Prevail program:
- 1. Create an account with Vets Prevail. (You can click the big "Get Started" button on the main page or the "sign up" link in the upper right hand corner.)
- 2. Answer a few questions so that we can provide you with the appropriate program.
- 3. Choose a program . . . and you're in!
- There are three easy steps to enrolling in a Vets Prevail program:
- How long does one Interactive Lesson take?
- Your unique Program will be dynamic and custom tailored for you, so it depends on the individual person and the pace they want to take. The Program is comprised of a number of “Levels," and within each Level there will be a number of things “To Do”. The To Do’s will be organized for you, but the most important is what we call an “Interactive Lesson.” Each Interactive Lesson usually takes between 20 and 30 minutes, and the other To Do's that you do as part of the Level usually take another 10-20 minutes, so the total for each Level will be between 30-50 minutes.
- The Interactive Lesson froze up. What should I do?
- Please use the help desk form to report this issue. If you refresh or press your browser's back button, you will have to start the Interactive Lesson again from the beginning.
- How do I rewind or go back during an Interactive Lesson?
- There are controls at the bottome of the viewing window of the Lesson that allow you to pause or go back.
- Why can't I start the next Interactive Lesson?
- The Vets Prevail Program has been shown to provide the most benefit if the Interactive Lessons are spaced out by a few days allowing you time to "internalize" (the experts word, not ours) the concepts taught in each Lesson. Therefore we've built in a three-day wait in between the Lessons.
- What should I do if I miss my scheduled Interactive Lesson time?
-
You can log in any time after your scheduled time to complete the Interactive Lesson, or if you would like another reminder for another time, you can reschedule as well.

- How long can I take to finish the program?
- Enrolling in a program gives you up to six (6) months of access to that program. You can complete To Do's throughout that time period.
